NetInsight’s Web Project Manager gains top PRINCE2 accolade
After a solid amount of hard work and several nerve racking exams, James Lavell, NetInsight’s resident project manager has become an accredited PRINCE2 practitioner.
James’ PRINCE2 qualification will serve to improve the existing project management processes applied to all of NetInsight web projects.
Some of the aspects of running a web project include (take a deep breath) setting project goals, creating case summaries, providing a stakeholder analysis, defining project scope, producing project requirements, creating responsibility matrices, building project plans, communications plans & risk plans, writing succinct meeting minutes as well as providing status reports to clients and internally (and relax.)
As you can see, project management is not a job to be taken lightly, and James’ new qualification will help NetInsight to work even more efficiently and ensure we retain the high standards expected from all our development projects.
PRINCE2 practitioner certification is the highest level of PRINCE2 qualification. Prince2 is a process-based approach for project management providing an easily tailored and scalable method for the management of all types of projects. The method is the de-facto standard for project management in the UK and is practiced worldwide
