Dan Hinchliffe - Sales Director
Dan has a rich history in Web Management and Development, and has been on the other side of the fence, operating as a successful E-Commerce Manager, successfully tripling the size of the company. This hands-on experience enables him to provide the best service to our clients by knowing how to avoid pitfalls and seize opportunities.
“I have been in the web industry for over 6 years now; upon graduating from University I started my career as an E-Commerce Manager. After running this business for 3 years I decided to get involved in the agency side of the industry. I have taken all my experience as an end user & client into the web service we now offer. I’m passionate about delivering outstanding websites that exceed clients’ expectations, but also backing it up with the customer service, management & guidance that is so vital to client satisfaction & project success.”
Dan has been instrumental in the growth of NetInsight and continues to innovate in order to bring the business to the forefront of the Web Development industry.

Mike Reed - Technical Director
Mike has been with the company since its conception and likes to think of himself as a ‘Guru of Website Architecture’. Mike is responsible for squeezing as much information out of our clients as is possible and using that information to put together a top notch website plans.
“I try to find out as much as possible about our clients’ businesses, as well as their customers, products and also their competitors in order to create the most effective website possible. Once we have that information, I use it to produce a website structure that will be both intuitive for the customer and profitable for the client. Before development we identify the client’s market audience, create customer profiles, define navigational paths and create detailed wireframes before any design or development takes place. This ensures the deliverable product is exactly what the client needs in to succeed online”
As well as being involved in the majority of development projects, Mike is also involved with internal business processes and is currently working on a new and exciting business structure to make NetInsight even more effective for our clients.

James Lavell – Project Manager
The newest member of the NetInsight team, James has proven himself to be both diligent and extremely effective as a project manager. James is known for cracking the whip at the slightest whiff of something going off schedule!
“As a Web Project Manager it is my job to ensure that all project timings, resources and outlines are controlled and used effectively, insuring the best possible project development process for the client. My role allows me to work very closely with the client and make sure all their web based needs are met by our development team.
When I’m not pulling my hair out over deadlines, milestone, resources, critical paths and project slippages I will be found manipulating Ms Project projects into place to meet project needs, as the oldest proverb of project management states “If you fail to plan you are planning to fail.”

Andy Shannon – Interactive Graphic Designer
As well as branding, Andy is also responsible for the artwork produced during the development process. Andy is very passionate about getting the balance between beauty and usability spot on. He has strong experience in design for E-Commerce and has produced stunning results every time.

Sanjay Modasia – Senior Web Developer
Sanjay is somewhat of a legend at NetInsight. He excels at PHP coding and is extremely handy with Magento E-Commerce, our core
E-commerce platform. He has worked on all of our biggest projects producing outstanding results time after time.
“I have been working as a senior software developer for over 5 years now specialising in PHP & MYSQL. I have expertise in core PHP, Smarty Template base coding as well as prototype (js framework). I have also worked as a Team Leader in previous positions and right now I am working on Magento CMS.”
“One of my main interests is to learn upcoming web development technologies. I also have a good knowledge of LINUX OS which means I am more than capable of dealing with server level issues.”
Mitesh Prajapati – Junior Web Developer
Mitesh works a little bit of magic by taking website designs and concepts and bringing them to life. Clients like nothing better than seeing the original website ideas taking shape. Mitesh is fast and efficient and loves nothing more than a challenge.
“I have 3 years experience as a web developer and am also an experienced software developer. Currently I am working on the Magento E-Commerce Platform. I have a very good working experience in Magento, Joomla , php. as well as xcart , ajax and flex. I am extremely interested in learning about new software technology as well as future web development technologies.”
