N.E. Services Ltd website Case Study
NE Services Ltd own and operate several successful online stores distributing health and adult products. The business has gone from strength to strength and has a mail order history stretching back more than 20 years.
Having reached capacity with their current websites, NE Services Ltd. needed to find a way of both increasing sales and also finding a more efficient solution to their distribution needs. They needed to have new website which would seamlessly integrate better website architecture, usability, accessibility, design, and functionality with smooth and sophisticated order processing and fulfilment.
Planning Websites
NetInsight eBusiness Consultancy were asked to produce detailed Website Plans and source the appropriate agencies to best facilitate the further growth of the individual online businesses. This had to be done to a strict budget and within a dedicated time frame.
Agency Selection
NE Services needed to source the best web design, web development and digital marketing agencies to increase their positioning within the relevant markets. They needed to increase targeted and valuable traffic whilst refining their marketing expenditure and ensuring they continuously improve their positioning within search engine listings. NetInsight used their comprehensive selection criteria to find suitable agencies and conduct full reviews on each bid to match the most suitable candidate.
Web Project Management
Throughout the process NetInsight eBusiness Consultancy have been on hand to deal with all aspects of the planning and development of the NE Services websites. The Project Management service has enables NE Services to carry on working efficiently without the extra headache of overseeing several website builds. NetInsight have coordinated the project, managing both the client and all of the involved agencies, ensuring it moved forward at an appropriate pace.
NE Services are soon to launch two new websites which will facilitate higher sales, greater marketing efficiency (ROI) and also a more fluid fulfilment process. They have been able to carry on running a busy and successful business and upgrade their e-commerce platforms simultaneously
