The Business
Hinchliffes are a firm of personal injury compensation solicitors.
The Challenge
They were in need of a complete site overhaul and were unsure where to start. The new website needed to generate new case leads and would be the centre of their upcoming digital marketing campaign. After initial discussions about their e-business objectives we were asked to oversee the website from concept through to completion.
The Solution
Hinchliffes Solicitors required a multi-tiered service. The services needed included Website Planning, Agency Selection, Web Project Management and eBusiness Consultancy on an ad-hoc basis.
After an extensive in-house meeting, Hinchliffes were provided with a Website Requirements Audit detailing the recommendations for their new site. Details include information architecture, search engine optimisation, usability, accessibility, design, copywriting, digital marketing and more. This provided Hinchliffes with comprehensive documentation to which they could refer at any time if necessary.
The Website Requirements Audit was used as a basis for the technical specification which in turn was used to source accurate quotations from potential agencies. We worked with Hinchliffes to select the most suitable web design, web development and digital marketing agencies to work within the project.
Hinchliffes were provided with an online project plan, which they could access at any time, detailing project timelines, milestones and tasks with all of the involved parties. We oversaw the project ensuring best practice was adhered to whilst dealing with any problems incurred during development.
eBusiness Consultancy
Hinchliffes Solicitors required advice on various digital marketing options in order to increase traffic to their site on topics ranging from pay-per-click, affiliate advertising and off-site search engine optimisation. We were able to provide advice and guidance on an ad-hoc basis.
Hinchliffes.co.uk has seen a large increase in traffic over the previous site and now generates a significant number of quality leads each month.
