The Business

Bouncy Happy People is an ecommerce only business based in Cornwall selling trampolines, outdoor children’s toys and classic games. 

The Challenge

With the website's fast growth and rise in popularity, Bouncy Happy People quickly outgrew the capabilities of their original ecommerce website

To deal with the increase in demand they chose a specialist e-commerce web developer and also to introduced an order processing system with stock management to facilitate their higher sales.

Bouncy Happy People did not have the in-house resources to effectively oversee the new website project and did not want to employ another member of staff.  They also needed impartial guidance during the project to ensure the process ran smoothly and that best practice was ensured from start to finish.

We were asked to provide two services;  Web Project Management, in order to effectively oversee the production of the website, and also eBusiness Consultancy on an ad-hoc basis.

Web Project Management

With the increasing demands on their time, bouncy happy people found themselves stretched thin and needed to outsource the project management of the new website.  Our impartiality and experience meant that we could oversee all parties involved in the new website.  Because of our expertise we were able to talk to the web designers, web developers and  SEO agencies on a level playing field and ensure that best practice e-commerce techniques were applied to all aspects of the website during production.

Ad Hoc e-Business Consultancy

During the development of their new ecommerce site, Bouncy Happy People required advice on existing digital marketing campaigns. We were able to advise on changes which would make their marketing more efficient.

The Result

Bouncy Happy People were able to carry on their normal business during the introduction of the new website backed up by impartial and reliable advice and guidance. We have overseen the delivery of a new ecommerce platform with greater merchandising and statistical capabilities and project managed the integration of a fully automated order management system.  The new integrated solution has replaced a very labour intensive system and frees internal resources to concentrate on maximising sales.
