We're looking for an experienced Web Project Manager to join our highly professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical delivery of multiple high specification e-commerce websites with a focus on using the Magento e-commerce software platform for a range of business both locally & national. They will be working with our or development team and be responsible for the on time, on budget delivery of all projects.

Your role will support this growth, whilst ensuring the capacity increases and the quality of service remains exceptional.

Objectives:
* To review all current project management procedures and practices and analyse where efficiencies or improvements could be made
*To implement Prince 2 project management methodologies for all client projects
* Develop standardised project templates based on client type & service level
* To develop usage of their internal Microsoft CRM system
* To establish quality standard operating procedures

Nature of work undertaken:
The review and analysis of current project management procedures and reporting to the Directors where improvements can be made. Research and implementation of best practise & 'get things done' project management processes. Management of client projects and accounts to ensure excellent communication is maintained. Involvement in client projects, from the sales stage through to project completion.

Essential Requirements:
* Degree level qualification in Business, Project Management or relevant disciplines
* Proven Project Management skills
* Demonstrable commercial acumen
* Experience of working in a web-based business and an understanding of web-based technology
* Positive, pro-active, self-motivated approach
*Ability to manage a portfolio of work and deliver to a challenging brief
*Accuracy and attention to detail

Desirable Requirements:
* Experience of managing a successful project from start to finish would be advantageous
* Prince 2 experience or accreditation
* Microsoft Project and/or similar software e.g. BaseCamp/ZenDesk & CRM systems experience and/or accreditation
* Confidence to manage upwards
